The Build on Your Lot process is simple and straightforward. First, you’ll pick your lot. Use a lot you already own, pick a lot, or allow us to help you find the perfect lot. Next, you’ll choose a floor plan. You can either provide your own, choose from one of our existing floor plans, or work with us to design a floor plan from scratch. We’ll then price out your home based on our standard features. You never have to worry about costs going up during the building process, and if you want to upgrade any feature, you’ll be quoted a firm price during the time your home is being built.
